Fundraiser – Sales & Donor Engagement

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 12:30 PM – 8:30 PM
Employment Type: Full-time/Part-Time, in-person
Compensation: Per-diem base + commission + performance bonus (avg. $800–$1,000/week after training)
Mileage/gas allowance: $50–$100 avg. per week

Job Summary

We are seeking passionate and results-driven Fundraisers to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in sales, marketing, or customer engagement who can handle objections confidently and communicate with empathy. You’ll be representing well-known charitable causes while building lasting donor relationships that make a measurable impact in your community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute fundraising campaigns to achieve daily and weekly goals.

  • Engage with members of the public in residential and community settings to build awareness and secure long-term donors.

  • Communicate the mission and values of our partnered charities clearly and persuasively.

  • Maintain accurate records of donor information using our CRM system.

  • Collaborate with team leads and management to refine campaign strategies.

  • Provide exceptional service to donors, ensuring every interaction is positive and transparent.

  • Stay informed about current campaigns, partner organisations, and fundraising best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Prior experience in sales, fundraising, or customer-facing roles.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong ability to handle objections and stay motivated under pressure.

  • Professional attitude with a passion for making a difference.

  • Availability to work between 12:30 PM and 8:30 PM, Monday – Friday.

Preferred

  • Background in marketing, customer acquisition, or community outreach.

  • Experience using CRM or database systems.

  • Interest in charitable and non-profit work.

Vehicle is not required for this position.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation:

  • Fundraisers are compensated from a large marketing budget provided by our charity clients.

  • Per-diem safety-net pay + commission + performance bonus.

  • On average, new representatives secure 2–3 donors per day, earning approximately $800 – $1,000 per week after training.

  • Training & Support: Free and paid training programs to ensure you’re set up for success.
